We have an opportunity for someone with a passion for food who is looking for a career that will provide fantastic development and support.


As a Chef Manager with ISS UK, you will work alongside your team aiding the preparation food in our kitchens and helping to deliver a great service.

The Role

Organise kitchen operations and resources to ensure efficient service delivery to clients. Prepare and cook food in line with set methods, recipes, and menus. Ensure all staff adhere to kitchen hygiene standards, Health & Safety regulations, and maintain high personal hygiene. Oversee stock management, including security, ordering, and verifying deliveries. Maintain cost control to achieve financial targets for the kitchen. Manage the training, welfare, and discipline of kitchen staff.

About You

NVQ Level 2 (or in the process of completing) or equivalent cookery qualification. Passionate about great-tasting food. Advanced understanding of the principals of food hygiene. Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships. Have a desire to succeed in your role. Deliver a high-quality service, with an attention for detail. Both a supportive and helpful individual. Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability.
