Chef Manager - Care Home | Mayflower Court, Southampton




Full-time | 40 hours over 4 days | Every other weekend off




Looking for a Chef Manager job in Southampton with great work-life balance? Mayflower Court is hiring an experienced Chef Manager / Kitchen Manager to lead our friendly catering team and deliver high-quality meals for our 72 residents.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead and develop the kitchen team Plan, prepare, and cook seasonal menus Cater for dietary requirements, allergens, and nutritional needs Manage food safety, hygiene standards, stock, and ordering Maintain a smooth and efficient care home kitchen operation
