As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and specifications.
Cook menu items to order while adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces.
Assist with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and cooking methods is essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is required.
Culinary experience or relevant qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
