What you'll do:

Prepare and cook meals to set menus, ensuring quality and consistency Work alongside a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver three daily meals Supervise and assist inmates in food preparation Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete due diligence paperwork Be a team player and handle challenges professionally

What we're looking for:

Previous cheffing experience Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
