We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties



Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high quality Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards Assist in menu planning and development to enhance customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications



Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting Supervising experience is highly desirable Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality roles is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
