Overview: We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our new restaurant/bar team in creating exceptional culinary experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Duties: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to high standards - Supervise kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen - Develop menus and create new recipes - Manage food inventory and control costs effectively - Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen - Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent hospitality services

Qualifications: - Proven experience in a culinary role, demonstrating expertise in food production and kitchen management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team - Excellent organisational skills to manage kitchen operations efficiently - A passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences - Relevant qualifications in Hospitality or Culinary Arts are advantageous
