Duties

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety regulations Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of food quality and service Manage food production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure continuous kitchen operation Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and company policies

Skills

Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Excellent culinary skills with a creative approach to menu development Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Good communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable Ability to serve as a role model for professionalism, organisation, and dedication to quality service Sponsorship visa provided potential candidate

Pay: 24,420.00-32,712.37 per year
