We are seeking talented and experienced Chefs to join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for food preparation. This role involves working as a team within kitchen operations, food production, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Duties

Participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards Participate in food production activities, ensuring consistency and timely delivery of orders Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in managing stock control to minimise waste Ensure compliance with food safety standards and implement best practices across the kitchen team Assist in serving guests when necessary, providing excellent customer service and hospitality

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Cooking experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive culinary knowledge including food safety regulations and best practices Demonstrated cooking skills with the ability to work as part of a team effectively Experience in food production, menu development, and hospitality service Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and management Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
