We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef means ur be running kitchen and working alone its a one chef kitchen The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional food safety standards. Duties

Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production and quality control Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences Monitor food presentation and ensure consistency across all dishes served

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with food production processes and restaurant operations Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential
