13.10 per hour

Hours:

37.5 per week, including alternate weekends

Shifts:

10.30am - 6.30pm

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation, cooking and attractive presentation of all meals. Create nutritious, well-balanced dishes using fresh, high quality and seasonal produce. Develop menus that meet all dietary requirements in consultation with residents, relatives, and staff. Ensure the smooth transfer of supplies, goods and equipment between storage and work areas. Keep stock secure and avoid wastage. Ensure the safe operation of all kitchen equipment Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, residents, and visitors. Regular interact with residents to gain feedback on the food service.

Chef: 2 years (preferred)
