We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive culinary expertise, and a commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavour.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain efficient workflow.
Manage food production processes, including portion control and waste minimisation.
Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating current culinary trends.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen manager
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with hygiene standards.
Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and excellent customer service.
Requirements
Proven experience within a busy kitchen environment.
Extensive culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
Demonstrated capability in food presentation
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with team members and management.
A passion for culinary arts and delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
