Position Overview:



We are recruiting chefs of all levels, including:

Commis Chef (Junior Chef)

Chef de Partie (Section Chef)

Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities:Commis Chef (Junior Chef):



Assist senior chefs with the preparation and cooking of dishes. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. Learn and develop culinary skills, techniques, and knowledge. Follow health and safety guidelines and food safety standards. Help with stock rotation and inventory control.

Chef de Partie (Section Chef):



Take responsibility for a designated section in the kitchen (e.g., grill, starters,). Ensure dishes are prepared and cooked to the highest standard. Supervise junior chefs, guiding and mentoring them to improve their skills. Contribute to menu development and suggest ideas for seasonal specials. Manage stock control and reduce food waste. Maintain a clean and compliant working environment.

Sous Chef:



Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen management. Oversee food preparation and cooking, ensuring quality and consistency. Lead and motivate kitchen staff, creating a collaborative team environment. Manage ordering and stock levels, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Monitor kitchen cleanliness and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations. Step into the Head Chef's role during their absence and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly.

Skills & Qualifications:



Commis Chef:

Passion for food, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team. No formal qualifications required, but prior kitchen experience or training is a bonus.

Chef de Partie:

Previous experience in a similar kitchen role, ideally with experience managing a section. A culinary qualification is preferred but not required.

Sous Chef:

Proven experience in a leadership role, with strong communication, organizational, and culinary skills. Previous experience in kitchen management is highly desirable.
