Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Train new staff members in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
