Responsibilities

Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Implement and uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative culinary techniques.
Monitor food costs and waste management to optimise kitchen efficiency.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a professional kitchen environment.
