About the Role

Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with preparation and service for our fine-dining menus Running a section to a high standard Contributing creative ideas for dishes and seasonal menus Ensuring consistency, precision, and excellent attention to detail Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety Working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

What We're Looking For

Genuine passion for food, produce, and learning Experience in a professional kitchen (fine dining experience beneficial but not essential) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team A willingness to learn, grow, and take on responsibility
