Job Summary



We are a brand new bistro serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals. We are due to open mid December. Our opening hours will be

Monday /Tuesday - Closed

Wednesday/Thursday 4-9

Friday 10-9

Saturday 10-9

Sunday 10-6

Must have weekend and evening availability.

Responsibilities



Assist with the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Work as part of kitchen team to foster a collaborative team environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Proficiency in food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation skills. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen operations. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
