Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Maintain high standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary best practices.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and health standards.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with staff and guests.
