We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team, mostly at the weekends. The ideal candidate will have some culinary experience and a background in food preparation, with the ability to work within a close team. You will play a part in creating exceptional dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your role will included contributing to kitchen operations and fostering a positive working environment.
Responsibilities
Ensuring all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas into menu offerings.
Qualifications
Some experience in a Chef role within a hospitality setting
In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
A creative approach to cooking with a keen eye for presentation.
