Job Summary

We are seeking one full time or two part time Chefs to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities

Work as a team alongside other kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food preparation and presentation Prepare a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Partake in the food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and appearance Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and allergen control Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and customer satisfaction Assist in menu planning, development, and innovation to keep offerings fresh and appealing Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with health regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and allergen management Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team work and excellent communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25.5 - 42.5 per week
