Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards. Manage kitchen staff, providing . Develop and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while maintaining seasonal availability of ingredients. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality control during service periods.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food production processes, and food safety regulations A passion for cooking with creativity in menu design and presentation. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. A relevant culinary qualification is preferred but not essential if experience is demonstrable.
