Job Summary

Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook a variety of fish and seafood dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their culinary and fish preparation skills.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that reflect the best of seafood and current culinary trends.
Monitor inventory levels of fresh fish and ingredients, placing orders as necessary while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong background in seafood preparation, food production, and advanced cooking techniques.
Excellent team management abilities with a focus on leadership and motivation.
In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a seafood or fine dining environment.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
