Experience in Mediterranean Greek cuisine requires.
Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, showcasing creativity and attention to detail
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation and cooking techniques
Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop new recipes and menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences
Train new kitchen staff on procedures, techniques, and safety protocols
Skills
Proven experience in supervising kitchen operations and managing teams
Strong background in food production with a focus on quality and presentation
Excellent culinary skills with experience in various cooking techniques
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of service
Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
