Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining customer satisfaction. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and skill development. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are in good working condition. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.

Skills

Proven supervisory experience within a kitchen environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Culinary experience that showcases creativity and attention to detail. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership qualities that inspire confidence in others.
