We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
Oversee all aspects of food production and preparation in the kitchen.
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.
Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Respond to customer feedback and make adjustments to menu items as necessary.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
