Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols Create new menu items that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining customer preferences

Requirements

Proven experience in a culinary role, with significant kitchen experience in a restaurant setting Strong supervisory skills with previous team management experience Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are desirable A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
