We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production , As a Chef, you will be working on the main line as well as on our carvery while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
Responsibilities
ensuring efficient food production and service.
Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
serve guests at the carvery
ensure prep and par levels are followed
Skills
Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment
ability to work as part of a team
Excellent timekeeping and attendance
Proficient in food preparation and cooking methods
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
