We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to help in leading our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food production and preparation, coupled with exceptional leadership and team management skills. As the Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in creating innovative menus, ensuring food safety standards are met, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production.
Develop and design creative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish served.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to enhance their culinary skills and improve team performance.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen operations to optimise efficiency and minimise waste.
Skills
Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
Excellent team management abilities with a focus on fostering a positive work environment.
Extensive culinary experience with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen.
Previous restaurant experience is essential, along with a strong understanding of serving protocols.
