Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and quality standards Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in presentation and taste Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste to optimise kitchen operations Develop new recipes and menu items to enhance customer experience Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and serving guests with professionalism

Qualifications



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within a restaurant or hospitality setting Supervising experience is highly desirable, demonstrating leadership capabilities Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in culinary arts Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment Skilled in food production, presentation, and culinary techniques Previous restaurant experience is preferred, along with familiarity with serving procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and culinary excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-19.81 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
