We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership skills will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests.

Duties



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and service. Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with team members to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Train new staff on cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen procedures. Monitor food presentation and portion control to maintain consistency and quality.

Skills



Proven supervising experience in a culinary environment. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate others. Proficient cooking skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes. Extensive kitchen experience, preferably within a restaurant setting. Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail. Strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence. Effective leadership abilities to guide a diverse team towards common goals. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in the kitchen. Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
