Responsibilities



Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen area Manage food inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating current culinary trends Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery Monitor portion control and presentation standards to uphold brand reputation Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Experience



Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment Extensive background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Previous experience working in restaurants or hospitality settings is highly desirable Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving procedures, and customer service excellence is advantageous
