Totally Delicious have three sites on The Trentham Estate.

We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in demonstrating exceptional skills in food preparation and kitchen management. As one of our Totally Delicious Chefs, you will be preparing dishes within a fast paced environment whilst adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

Title: Full Time Chef

Salary: From 27-28,000 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: The Tearooms within The Italian Gardens on the Trentham Estate

Reporting to: Kitchen Supervisor

Key Areas of Responsibility of Chef:

Preparing food to high standard Working in the main kitchen, prep kitchen and some event work Adhering to health and food safety policies Working as part of a team to deliver high standard of food Being able to work in a high pressured fast paced environment Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service Helping in training new team members on kitchen procedures and standards Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times Working in the main kitchen, prep kitchen and event work Maintain our company ethos:
