Supervisor Chef
We are a family friendly Restaurant specialising in pizza (but offer a wide range of food for other palates, such as Burgers, full English, Gyros, fish and Chips) located in a busy coastal resort with lots of caravan sites in the nearby area.
We like to serve our food at a high standard as well as having a very high standard in our Food and Hygiene rating obtaining two 5inspections since opening.
We have a large beautiful restaurant unique to our area with an outdoor area to compliment it.
Supervisor Chef Vacancy:
We are looking for a driven and business minded Supervisor Chef to motivate and develop an already great team. If you are a Supervsior Chef passionate about food, with passion to serve quality beautifully presented food, then this is the role for you!
Role
Food ordering - Food preparation - Delivery of operations - Managing a small team - Stock control - Confirming at all times with health and hygiene regulations - Dedicating time to develop your team. You'll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen's financial performance in all areas such as food waste, and streamlining the kitchen to be more efficient.
Our Restaurant is 6 year's old and has a fantastic reputation the restaurant has gone from strength to strength and is a very busy kitchen and you must be able to manage the pressure of a busy kitchen and keep the quality of service and food to a very high standard. We have arrived now 6 years in and find that due to the success we need a supervisor chef to take over the kitchen further as we expand elsewhre, and demands on the business have proven a need for this. We have a great experienced kitchen to support our New Supervisor Chef all with experience in the industry and we are looking for, someone who is willing to step up to the responsibilities of a Supervisor Chef or an experienced Supervisor Chef and the salary will depend on the experience.
We would require you to organise rota's in conjunction with management, be part of the process in costing menu's and change these menu's seasonally and create monthly specials.
