As Chef Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional food experiences across campus. Working closely with the Lead Chef, you will contribute to every aspect of the food journey - from preparation and production, to presentation and food safety - ensuring our offer remains fresh, relevant, and of the highest quality.



You'll also have the chance to help shape our menus, bring innovative ideas to the table, and ensure our service meets the evolving tastes and expectations of a diverse university community.




What You will Do:




Support the Lead Chef in all culinary operations, maintaining high standards in food quality, hygiene, and presentation Assist in the creation and development of seasonal, on-trend menu ideas Maintain excellent standards of food safety and health & safety, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations Take a hands-on approach in delivering a range of dishes to spec, with a focus on consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail Inspire and support junior team members, contributing to a positive and productive kitchen culture



About You





You will be a skilled and enthusiastic chef with a keen eye for detail and a flair for delivering great food under pressure. With experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, you're confident in your ability to maintain high standards while working efficiently and collaboratively.





This role is ideal for a creative, ambitious individual ready to grow and develop in a leadership position.
