Duties
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and sanitation standards
Develop and execute innovative menus tailored to diverse dining concepts, including fine dining and catering services
Supervise food preparation and presentation, maintaining consistency and quality across all dishes
Manage inventory control, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of ingredients
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures at all times
Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver flawless event execution and special functions
Monitor shift management, assign tasks efficiently, and oversee food service operations during peak hours
Requirements
Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management
Demonstrated supervising experience with team management skills that inspire excellence
Extensive knowledge of food production, menu planning, and kitchen management techniques
Experience in banquet settings and dietary department operations is highly desirable
Strong understanding of inventory management, food safety standards, and food handling procedures
Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on training staff in culinary skills and customer service excellence
Familiarity with food service management systems and inventory control practices
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including bartending skills is a plus
