Kenzo72 is a busy, modern restaurant concept in Swindon, specialising in high-quality steak, sushi, and premium dining experiences. We are growing fast and are looking for a reliable, motivated Chef to join our kitchen team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Chef who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role will involve food preparation, service support, and maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards in line with EHO requirements.
This role is ideal for someone flexible, dependable, and passionate about good food and clean kitchen practices.
Key Responsibilities
Daily food preparation (meat, sauces, garnishes, sushi prep, etc.)
Supporting service during busy periods
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Following all EHO, HACCP, and food safety procedures
Temperature checks, labelling, stock rotation (FIFO)
Assisting with deliveries and stock organisation
Ensuring all prep and storage areas are kept clean and compliant
Working weekends and peak service times as required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-20.80 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 45 per week
Work Location: In person
