To prepare, present and serve exceptional food to our guests, working alongside the kitchen team to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring freshness and quality standards are upheld.

Responsibilities
Be consistent in dish preparation by following designated recipes.
To work within the catering operating budget using company nominated suppliers.
To work as part of a team with the main goal of providing an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating
Maintains an orderly kitchen making sure that produce is rotated and uses as efficiently as possible
Ensure all food products are properly dated and organised for quality assurance
Keep cooking stations stocked, especially before and during prime operation hours
Minimise waste
Complete all food preparation and presentation to ensure the highest quality and restaurant standards
Work with the team to maintain kitchen organisation
Ensure operational areas are properly prepared, clean and set for each day/service
To maintain the correct use of cleaning rota and closing down procedures, including all paperwork is stored correctly

Pay: 12.00-12.71 per hour
