Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Time Chef to join our busy team at The Grain Store, The Hatchery in Bicester. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in demonstrating exceptional skills in food preparation and kitchen management. As one of our Totally Delicious Chefs, you will be preparing dishes within a fast paced environment whilst adhering to high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

Title: Chef

Salary: 15 per hour

Hours: Full Time

Location: The Grain Store within The Hatchery, Bicester, OX25 5QL

Key Areas of Responsibility of Chef:

Preparing food to high standard Working in the main kitchen, prep kitchen and possibly some event work Adhering to health and food safety policies Working as part of a team to deliver high standard of food Being able to work in a high pressured fast paced environment Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and presentation. Assist in training new team members on kitchen procedures and standards Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times Working in the main kitchen, prep kitchen and event work Maintain our company ethos:
