Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes consistently to a high standard.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure minimal waste.
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver an excellent dining experience.
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to menu development and bring creativity to the kitchen.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Chef, Line Cook, or similar role in a restaurant environment is
essential
.
Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation, and hygiene standards.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
Ability to remain calm and organised during busy periods.

Shifts:
Full-time position with
morning and afternoon shifts available
. Weekend availability may be required.
