Responsibilities
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily food production activities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
Create new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends
Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence

Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment
