Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily food production activities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and professional development Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction Create new menu items and specials that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends Monitor food quality and presentation to uphold the restaurant's reputation for excellence

Proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment Strong background in food production and preparation techniques Excellent team management skills, fostering a positive work culture Proficient in various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures Extensive kitchen experience with a focus on culinary excellence Knowledge of hospitality principles and customer service best practices Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate kitchen staff Understanding of food safety standards and regulations Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable Ability to serve with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency

Pay: 12.21-19.57 per hour
