We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes while adhering to recipes and portion control guidelines. Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment in optimal condition. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Innovate new menu items and contribute to seasonal menu planning based on local ingredients.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and culinary trends. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in kitchen operations. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. Previous experience in food production is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of serving practices.
