We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities



Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team atmosphere Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service to guests Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating seasonal ingredients Train new team members on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and service standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area at all times

Qualifications



Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting Supervising experience with the ability to manage a team effectively Strong skills in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Familiarity with restaurant operations, serving procedures, and customer service excellence Previous experience in culinary roles demonstrating creativity and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards of quality

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
