Duties
Prepare a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.

Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Lead food preparation activities, including ingredient selection, portioning, and presentation.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and excellent customer service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste.
Innovate menu items by developing new recipes in collaboration with management.
Skills
Proven experience in a culinary or kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Supervising experience with strong team management capabilities.
Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
