We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure efficient operations Manage food production processes, including portioning, plating, and presentation of dishes Oversee food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation Train new team members in food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and customer service standards Assist in menu planning and development to enhance culinary offerings Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications



Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment, preferably within hospitality or restaurant settings Supervising experience is highly desirable Strong skills in food production, cooking, and food presentation Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Experience in restaurant operations and customer service is advantageous A passion for culinary arts and continuous learning in the field of gastronomy

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
