Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our team working a hybrid role combining the chef role and Bar supervisor role. We are looking for someone to who is competent in the kitchen and can handle operating a kitchen on their own on some days. The role will be 3 days kitchen and 2 days helping with the bar.

Summary

In the role of Chef/Bar Supervisor, you will be essential in overseeing kitchen operations and ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will utilize your culinary and leadership skills maintain food quality, and enhance the dining experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety. Supervise food production processes, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed to support kitchen operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong culinary skills with a focus on food safety and hygiene Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and managing kitchen staff Background in hospitality and restaurant operations Excellent team management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service
