Job Summary

We are looking for a candidate who is a trained Chef and a Barista. The position requires worth in both a high intensity kitchen and interaction with customers including preparing professional coffee beverages. The successful candidate must be very comfortable to multitask and work efficiently both in preparing multiple orders and dealing with customers in a friendly manner. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment and utensils, kitchen, toilets and shop floor. Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Supervise junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Assist in training new employees on food preparation techniques and customer service standards. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and assist with ordering as necessary. Handle cash transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy.

Experience

Must have a previous experience as a Chef and Barista in a busy venue.

Pay: 12.10-12.23 per hour
