Salary: 35,000

We are recruiting for an experienced Cafe Manager to lead the team at our brand new cafe facility at Hale Hamilton leading a small but mighty team to deliver a brilliant offer for our customers.

As the Cafe Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation and act as our location based ambassador ensuring that we deliver on our promises to our client and customers. The ideal candidate will bring creative flair, have an insatiable appetite for detail and be able to organise multiple workloads.

Leadership:

You're the key day to day point of contact for both the client team, and the Thomas & Tate Management Team so you have a key role to play in the success and happiness of each party. You're the leader for your team. They look to you for decisions and support

Culinary Skills

You are comfortable implementing cafe menus that showcase the very best products to our hungry customers. You will ensure that we deliver the highest quality standards and presentation every day You are comfortable with limited food production in a cafe setting

Operational Excellence:

You are responsible for maintaining our food safety management system and health and safety management system at Hale Hamilton You will be able to implement and maintain all standard operating procedures related to food preparation, safety, and allergen management at your location You'll have excellent financial acumen, able to run the account in line with our expectations and training. You are ultimately responsible for the financial success of the company, being small every decision is important, and we trust you to think commercially, as well as creatively.

Talent Development:

You will recruit, train, and mentor your team to foster a culture of continuous learning and development. You'll be an advocate for development and create opportunities for advancement You will need to conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team members' skills and capabilities. Most importantly you will be a role model to your team, nurturing growing talent and empower them to deliver the best service and food.
