Duties

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation processes. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative team environment. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Train new kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and operational procedures. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock levels. Assist in the development of cost-effective recipes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food production techniques, and food safety regulations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising kitchen staff. Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating innovative dishes that delight guests. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and front-of-house staff.
