Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/ Cook to join our new and upcoming cafe & bistro in Carryduff .

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu standards. Manage food preparation processes, including the selection of ingredients and portion control. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a similar environment. Knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
