We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining and menu planning. The Chef will be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests while managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to established recipes and standards Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences Oversee food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented beautifully Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations Supervise kitchen staff, providing training in cooking techniques and food handling Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary requests Manage inventory of kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients Participate in catering events, providing exceptional service and meal presentation Maintain a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and creativity

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role, preferably in fine dining or restaurant settings Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations Experience in menu planning and meal preparation for various dietary needs Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Background in catering or food service is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.77 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
