Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards Ensure all food is prepared safely and in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in menu planning and develop new recipes to enhance our offerings Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Work with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team Passion for food and a desire to continuously improve skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-19.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
